What to do When Purchase Order Doesn't Match What Was Received

So, you ordered 1000 linear feet of a product but only received 965 ft. What do you do?

Check In all 1000 feet of the product. Then, go to the Check Out/Order page and Check Out the amount you didn't actually receive (in this case 35 ft).

If you ordered 1000 and received 1006, simply Check In all 1006.
