Here's how you schedule the orders coming in with ease:

We've covered parts of scheduling in other tutorials, specifically this one:

...but here is a little more technical, in-depth information:

There are many reports in Allmoxy (anything that falls under the pie-chart icon at the top of your page), but we have a recommendation on a way to verify/schedule jobs appropriately.

The Projection Report (Pie-Chart icon -> Managerial -> Projection Report) will usually be the most handy, while simultaneously looking at your list of new orders that need to be verified (Shopping Cart icon -> View All -> filter so that you're just seeing the jobs that are in 'ordered' status).

The Projection Report will show you how many items you already have scheduled to ship on each day so that as you're verifying new orders you can decide if the projected ship date needs to be modified based on how much you already have scheduled for that day and how much more you can do...

Here's a video to cover in more detail:

You might have also seen a report called the Schedule Capacity Report, this one will show you how many items (separated by export class) are in verified status - report might come in handy for you as well, but generally the Projection report is all most users need.
