  • Requested Date and how that determines shop production

The Requested Date is simply a date the customer enters to give you an idea of how to schedule this job into your production. It’s simply a reference point for your scheduling dept.

When you’re verifying an order, you’ll enter an Actual Date, which is what production should go off of, in the Work Schedule Report.

Note: If the AD is different from the RD, it’d be a good idea to let the client know via Announcement or any other form of communication that works best.
