Requested date is simply a date the customer enters to give you an idea of how to schedule this job into your production. It’s simply a reference point for your scheduling dept. When you’re verifying an order, you’ll enter in an Actual Date, which is what production should go off of, in the Work Schedule Report. If the AD is different from the RD, it’d be a good idea to let the client know via Announcement or any other form of communication that works best.
