Go into each individual attribute that you want to appear on your output page. Check the box that says "Show on ______ Output Page" 
You can also go into the Output Page and check the box that says "Add all existing product attributes to display on this output page" Then, save the page. The box will uncheck after you save but it should import all of the product attributes you need.
