You'll control that visibility of info in the products themselves. So you'll go to the 'parts' tab of a product:
Then open the parts which you'd like to remove from the output page. You can either remove an entire part (for example you can remove all the info that comes with the 'back' part - qty, width, and length of the back part) OR you can remove those things individually and leave some alone.
