It's important to note that it's generally not advisable to make changes to finalized documents, such as shipped orders. However, in certain situations, you may need to modify a shipped order. If this is the case, you'll first need to move the order out of its shipped status before making any changes.
To do this, go to the resource allocation tab of the order and use the sidebar to change the status, as you would with any other order. Once you've made the necessary changes, you can then move the order back to shipped status.
It's important to exercise caution when making changes to shipped orders, as there may be potential disputes between you and your customer. However, if you must make changes, this process can help you do so effectively and efficiently.
