Hey Everryone, I have an account that does not want their designers/salespeople to see their product costs from us. Do any of you have a solution/workaround for this? Thanks!

Hey Sammy, We would like to see this feature as well. In the meantime... we have a Trigger set up that sends out an email based on a Labor Process. So, you have to change the date and then run the labor process as well for that order. Hope that helps.

I have a customer that does not want certain individuals to see the pricing with the discounts that we apply to their orders. Is there a workaround for this that is possible? I thought of setting up a different account - one with the discount and one without, but then I would have to tranfer the bids on my end every time they want to send it from one account to the other.

are you all ever going to address this? this seems like a no-brainer to just update the formulas.

I think that this is actually "Amount Past Due" but incorrectly worded. I've submitted a request for this to be updated.

I was wondering if anyone has a specific method they use to handle accounts with multiple locations? It's not hard to do if all location are in one "territory", but when they are in different territories that have different discounts and different sales people who get commission, it seems that there is no good way to handle that except to have two accounts. Unfortunately, I don't know of a good way for them to share a credit profile. it would be great if you could have "sub accounts" that all link up to one master account. Thanks!
