    Allocated Supplies:
    Allocated Supplies shows you supplies that are allocated to specific orders in your system. It lists the supply information, such as piece size and amount needed, as well as the order number and name. You can filter your results by vendor name using the drop down menu on the right side bar. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Customer Product History:
    Customer Product History lists which products have been ordered by which customers, and how many and for what price. The overall totals are listed at the bottom. You can filter the results by Date Range, Company Name, or Product Name. You can sort the columns in the report using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Production Report:
    Production Report shows you detailed information about your labor processes that are being used per product. It includes the process category, followed by the process used. It shows which products have been produced using that process and the total number of pieces and dollars for each product. It also shows the average pieces and dollars per working day for each product. You must be using the Time Tracking feature to utilize this report. You can use the date range to filter your results. You can also use the tags field to filter your results by order tags. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Products By Status:
    Products By Status shows you how many of each product has been ordered. The grand total is listed at the bottom of the report. You can filter results by Order Status or Product Name. You can also sort each column in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Status History Report:
    Status History Report shows you detailed information regarding the status of any order that is put through your system. This includes the product and the amount of pieces per product, total dollar amount per product, average pieces per working day, and average dollars per working day. It also has totals at the bottom of each status' section for total pieces, total dollars, average pieces, and average dollars. You can use the date range to filter your results. You can also filter your results by Product or Export Class. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Shipping Report:
    Shipping Report shows you orders in your system that are ready for shipment. It includes the company name and address to deliver to. It also shows the Order Number, Order Name, number of pieces, last process used, and the status of that company's account. If a payment is needed prior to shipping the order, the total amount needed will appear in red. The customer must make this payment before you can ship the order. Once payment is made, a Ship Order button will appear and you can click it to change the order status to Shipped. You can use the date range to filter your results. You can also filter your results by shipping method. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.
     

    Employee Productivity:
    Employee Productivity shows you a list of your employees that are clocking in and out of your instance and their total hours worked on processes, idle hours, and number of processes they’ve worked on. You must be using the Time Tracking feature to utilize this report. You can use the date range to filter your results. You can also sort each column in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Notes Per Employee:
    Notes per Employee helps you to keep an eye on sales productivity; the report shows a manager the activity for a given sales rep via the notes which have been made. You can use the employee name and the date range to filter your results. You can also sort each column in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the "Export as CSV" button at the top.

    Order Report:

    The Orders Report shows you a myriad of data. Click on a row for extra details. The date range when "Shipped Date" is selected looks at all three of (shipped date, actual ship date, and desired ship date), in that order of priority. Those are the values which are displayed in the "Ship Date" column. Note that you will never see bids while using "Ordered Date" (because they haven't been ordered), and you may or may not see all bids when using "Shipped Date" (if for some odd reason they don't have a desired date or actual date). You can filter the results by using the many filters on the sidebar. You can also sort each column in the report by clicking the column headers. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Click on a row to view extra data for a single order, or check the box labeled “Expand Extra Data” to expand data for all orders. Note that the Printable PDF will contain whichever extra data is displayed.

    Process Details:
    Process Details lists each of your labor processes and the total time that each labor process has been clocked into, the % of total clocked-in process time, the minimum clock-in time, the maximum clock-in time, and the average clock-in time. You must be using the Time Tracking feature to utilize this report. You can use the date range to filter your results. You can also sort each column in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Remakes:
    The remake report allows you to see each remake item within a date range

    Schedule Capacity Report:
    This report shows you the quantity of items on orders with 'verified' status, separated by export class. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the "Export as CSV" button at the top.

    Status Volume:
    Status Volume shows a list of each company in your instance and the amount, in dollars, that they have placed orders for from each order status. You can use this report to find out which company is bidding the most, and which company is actually placing orders as well as how much you’ve shipped out to a company. You can filter your results by using the Filter by status drop down menu, which shows all order statuses. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Supplies in Use:
    Supplies in Use shows you all supplies from your inventory that are currently being allocated to orders. The report includes the item name, item location, quantity that’s being used/allocated, average price per item, and total cost (quantity used x average price = total cost). You can sort each column in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.

    Supply Movement:
    Supply Movement helps you to keep an eye on supply usage; the report shows the movement of supplies in and out of locations, and by whom. You can filter your results by Date, Supply Name, Order Number or Name, Tags, and Location. You can also sort each column in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the "Export as CSV" button at the top.

    Work Schedule Report:

    The work schedule report is a queue which shows all orders that have been saved at Verified status. This means the order is ready to be put into production. It includes order information, such as order number, customer name, order name, number of pieces in the order, delivery method, and ship date. You can click the Start Job button to begin production for that order. Clicking the Start Job button will pull up a page with the cut list for that order as well as automatically change the order status to In Progress. You can sort most columns in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the "Export as CSV" button at the top.

    Work Summary:
    Work Summary shows a list of orders and how many labor hours that order required. The list includes the order number, the company that placed to order, the order name, the order status, and the total hours required by that order, as well as the total cost for those labor hours. You must be using the Time Tracking feature to utilize this report. You can use the Order Statuses to filter your results. You can use the date range to filter your results. You can also sort each column in the report by using the column header arrow icons. You can export the data from this report for use with other software. Just click the “Export as CSV” button at the top.
