You can control which customers have access to which shipping methods!
You can use customer tags to control which shipping methods a customer has access to. You can do this in a 'blacklist' way or 'whitelist' way.
By choosing the setting "hide from customers with tags" you will prevent the customers with that tag from being able to see or use that shipping method.
By choosing "show to customers with tags" you will be choosing to ONLY show that shipping method to the customer with those tags.
