The way our pricing is functioning today is having multiple pricing levels that are assigned to customers using tags that then bounce off of our cost to give them a price. We now want to add a 1.75% surcharge to all orders after that first Price Adjustment has taken place, so a surcharge on the order total not cost. Everything I have looked at and tested shows that all Price Adjustments no matter the Priority bonce off of the cost.
