ccarver Posted March 17, 2022 Share Posted March 17, 2022 Hello, Having issues with an Allmoxy instance not auto allocating / auto checking out inventory. When an order is placed into order status all supplies required for the job are calculating and showing up under the required column inside resource allocations. But when the order is placed into verified status these numbers are not being moved to the allocated column. This is the same when the job is placed into in progress. Even if we hand enter the required into the allocated fields they are not moving the used. Everything has to be moved manually. Could you email an order example to Allmoxy support and we'll get it reported? Or you can just send it through the chat in the bottom right corner of this page!
