remrem Posted May 26, 2022 Share Posted May 26, 2022 (edited) If a Product field like "Finish Type" has a drop-down menu with a Category that is the same name as a following Option, the csv import fails. See the example image. There is a Category "Paint" followed by an Option "Paint". When importing from csv, using option "Paint" fails and the drop-down menu defaults to "No Finish" Also for Category "Clear", Option "Clear" and Category "Primer", Option "Primer" Edited May 26, 2022 by remrem clarity Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
