I'd like to automate it so it send an email or something to client if my team updates the actual shipping date. How do other people handle the communication with the client in terms of shipping date? In the meantime... we have a Trigger set up that sends out an email based on a Labor Process. So, you have to change the date and then run the labor process as well for that order. Hope that helps.
