  1. You can set any product in your system as a "subscription" product, which means once a customer has ordered it, it will continue to be automatically re-ordered at the interval of your choosing and charged to the default payment method the customer has on file. It is not a commonly used feature but here's a little more about it! To set a product as a subscription product you'll go to the pricing tab of the product and use this setting at the top to dictate how frequently this item should be automatically ordered: On the order page a subscription product has an alert like this so that the user is aware that it is a subscription product: Once this product is ordered, that's when the recurring subscription starts running and you'll see it on the customer dashboard, which is also where the subscription can be canceled/deleted.
  2. You could handle this using custom fields! 1. Go to Settings > Custom Fields and create a company custom field and name it whatever you want. Here I chose to call it "delivery instructions": 2. The go put the new variable for that field on your invoice or whichever output page is best for you and your team to see it: 3. Make sure the company goes to their company edit page and fills out that field with their instructions so it will populate on the output page for all of their orders! Note - the downside of this method is they can't really edit it to be different for one single order if, say, one random order needed different instructions. :)
  3. @Gavin Flitton Presumably the instructions are specific to each customer? Like "loading dock is around the back of the building" for one company, but "please only deliver to the front office if there is someone there to receive" for another company, etc?
